Ashley Berges

Ashley is revered worldwide for her deep understanding of Cluster B dynamics; how these personality disorders manifest, and their impact on individuals who don’t exhibit these traits. Whether it’s borderline, histrionic, or narcissistic personality disorder, Ashley can help you identify, understand, and set boundaries, allowing you to stay true to yourself and reclaim your identity. We are in this lifetime to live our best lives; confusion, anxiety, disappointment, and sadness shouldn’t be a weekly feeling or consistent event in your life. These challenging relationships and situations can affect all areas of your life, including marriage, romance, family, work, and friendships. Her clients include film and TV celebrities, professional athletes, C Suite executives, and anyone who wants to better their life through personal development and empowerment. Ashley has over twelve years of experience working with individuals and couples.

Lisa Davis

Lisa Davis is a Licensed Social Worker, with an MSSW from The University of Texas at Arlington. Lisa has ten years of experience working with families in high-conflict divorce and custody battles. Lisa’s areas of expertise are in trauma, divorce, custody support, and relationship issues. Being a social worker has allowed Lisa to work with and help clients of adoptive families, clients overcoming trauma, and individuals who have experienced profound losses in their lives. Lisa loves coaching. It has given her the chance to merge her education with her own life experiences. She is then able to take this plethora of knowledge gained through these experiences to help others heal and grow. Lisa is a wife, mom, and grandmom, who enjoys spending time with her nearest and dearest. She likes to travel and build meaningful connections and experiences.

Lea Fisher

Lea Fisher is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds an MA from the University of North Texas. She has 3 years of experience working with clients utilizing Transpersonal Therapy, which explores the connections between your present-day obstacles and their relationship with the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions. As you work with Lea, she will help you enhance your self-awareness and reveal your self-limiting beliefs to reprogram and transcend past traumas. During your sessions, you will explore valuable techniques to navigate and transmute your emotional world. As a trauma-informed therapist, Lea provides a variety of resources and methods, including but not limited to, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, Inner Child Work, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Lea is a trauma survivor herself who emerged to become a multi-awarded artist, author, and host of The Art Of… podcast.  She is beyond grateful to assist others on their path of creating their most desired lives.

Ericka Connor

Ericka Connor earned her LMSW from the University of Texas. Ericka has dedicated her career to helping children, young adults, and families navigate life’s challenges. With extensive experience working with young adults, she understands the complexities of parent-child relationships and the emotional and logistical hurdles involved in moving out. Ericka specializes in “Failure to Fly” working with young individuals who struggle to transition to adulthood, often due to anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered and strength-based perspective, empowering clients to discover their unique strengths and resources. She provides guidance and practical strategies to navigate the process of moving out. Using a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and supportive coaching, Ericka helps her clients overcome their fears and build the necessary confidence to take the next step toward independence.
